The craftsmanship and level of detail that goes into each of these dolls is incredible, making them so realistic that it’s not until you see them positioned against the artists hand that you even realise they aren’t real people. The dolls are created by Russian artist Michael Zajkov who’s become well known for his dolls since the 2013 ?Art Dolls? expo in Moscow.
Aside from their human faces the dolls which are crated from polymer clay also have multiple moving joints and glass eyes that are hand painted in Germany. If you were ever around these dolls in person you’d be terrified that one of them would blink or move. You can see more on Zajkov’s Instagram.
