Eighteen months old with more growing to do, this gigantic pup is 41 inches from his paw to his shoulder blade. Freddy may soon become the largest dog in the world, surpassing Zeus, the Great Dane who currently holds the title in the Guinness Book of World Records that beats Freddy by 3 inches. However, Freddy is still the biggest dog in Britain, by far. His owner, 38-year-old Claire Stoneman from Leigh-on-Sea, Essex, says it costs £4,000 a year just to feed Freddy. Despite his size, Freddy is still just an affectionate puppy that loves cuddling and being with his two-legged mother.
