In what is a rather unusual yet beautiful mashup series Ukrainian artist Alexey Kondakov blends the past with the present by inserting characters from classical paintings into photos of the modern world. The series which is titled The Daily Life of Gods is a juxtaposition of the classical paintings soft lines and colours against the sharp and harsh photos of urban locations.
