This clever lamp called the Armstrong Light Trap designed by Russian designer Constantin Bolimond uses the moon for inspiration. The ceramic desktop lamp is filled with holes that are supposed to mimic the craters on the moons surface.
The lamp is powered by a bright LED light that invites people to interact with its design. Rather than have a switch that can turn the light on and off you can remove corks or put them back in to control the lights intensity. Check out more by the designer via Behance.
